    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The primary responsibility of the sales representative is to prospect for new opportunities and set up demo calls.  The sales representative is expected to generate their own list of prospective new accounts, so a hunter mentality is required. The sales representative will be responsible for adding and updating all customer contact information in our CRM software.

                                     

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • You're comfortable spending most of your workday sending out emails and making cold calls to variety of contacts
    • Comfortable with extreme prospecting and rejection does not deter your desire to succeed.
    • Ability to understand Complyify's value proposition and portray that to prospects.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Drive and interest in understanding of B2B prospecting and sales best practices
    • Strong sense of pace and urgency to ensure work is completed in the expected timelines
    • Quick learner, analytical, highly inquisitive
    • Energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work with a strong desire to improve
    • You are comfortable being uncomfortable and ardent about figuring things out
    • Internet and research savvy, learning to apply online resources such as Google, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to identify target accounts, contacts and compelling events

    SALARY & BENEFITS

    This is a contract employment position and will pay $15/hour plus incentives for closing deals.
