Qualifications: • Construction knowledge: A strong understanding of basic construction principles. • Technical skills: Proficiency in reading architectural and structural plans. • Math and geometry: Competency in basic mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry. • Software: Experience with Alpine truss software is a plus. • Problem-solving: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve design problems. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
