    Compose.ly has partnered as an exclusive recruiter with an established branding agency seeking a writer with expertise in digital marketing to work alongside their in-house team in a full-time capacity to write and produce executive proposals.

    Our client is looking to hire a writer for 4 0 hours/week for 12 months , with a possibility of extension, to work on one of their projects.

    Our client seeks a full-time writer to assist the senior strategist in the written execution of client-facing proposals for a target audience of strategic, C-suite executive decision-makers.

    • Have digital marketing experience and expertise.
    • Are a strong and self-motivated writer who can confidently deliver high-level expository writing.
    • Have digital marketing writing experience.
    • Know when collaboration is necessary and when independent work should suffice.
    • Are deadline-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Can communicate and collaborate professionally and efficiently within a remote environment.

    Responsibilities

    The writer will work closely with materials provided by senior strategists to produce three to six proposals per week, depending on length and complexity. The agency seeks a highly adaptive writer who can draw from existing materials that have been proven to work well; there's no need to reinvent the wheel but tailor communication to new, individualized audiences with specific, set goals. The writer's responsibilities will include managing individual projects and learning who to call on for more information in order to deliver written, expository prose presentations within a set framework they'll customize per client, drawing from existing information and brand-specific language. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, executive function, and communication skills.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Marketing writing experience (web copy writing)
    • Familiarity with the ins and outs of digital marketing, including conversion metrics
    • Proficiency in written English (US spelling and grammar conventions)
    • Successful completion of our grammar, spelling, and writing assessments
