    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform deflashing and trimming of composite parts after removal from the autoclave.

    • Operate hand routers, grinders, sanders, and other hand and power tools to remove excess materials.

    • Clean molds and prepare them for the next production cycle.

    • Work with epoxies, resins, and related composite materials.

    • Maintain tools, molds, fixtures, and production equipment within the Composite Assembly area.

    • Follow company workmanship and quality standards to ensure all parts meet specifications.

    • Adhere to DG safety procedures and guidelines, including those set by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
    • Minimum of 1 year of professional manufacturing experience.
    • Proficient in the use of hand routers, hand tools, power tools, grinders, and sanders.
