    Position Overview:** As a Composite Operator, you'll work with molds, presses, and specialized equipment to create high-quality composite parts for aviation. This is a physical, hands-on role where you'll move and handle heavy molds, prepare parts for production, and be an important part of building components that go on to aircrafts worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities: ** _
    _**

    • Loads and unloads molds in the ovens, presses, and the autoclave.
    • Preps molds and runs heat presses and ovens.
    • Demolds parts and prepares them for production.
    • Maintains logs for presses and ovens
    • Maintains all tools, molds, fixtures and production equipment in the Composite Assembly area.
    • Follows company workmanship and quality standards.
    • Other assigned tasks by management.
    • Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment involving regular physical work.
    • Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 50–60 lbs and use moving carts/equipment to transport molds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Ability to perform the physical requirements of handling heavy molds and demolding parts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Experience using hand tools.
    • Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift.
    • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
