Role
As a Composite Technician (also known as Composite Materials Specialist, Composite Operator), you'll be responsible for the hand lay-up of composite materials, vacuum bagging processes, and hand-finishing operations. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of resin systems and perform assembly of structures, including setup, bonding, and fastener applications.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience with composite materials (i.e. Carbon Fiber, Kevlar & Fiberglass).
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements from work instructions (SOPs).
- Experience using a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling.
- Attention to detail and accuracy while working with tight tolerances.
