  What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day operations in compounding, sanitization, and chemical room areas

• Develop and control departmental budgets and production schedules

• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead team members toward performance excellence

• Ensure full compliance with GMP, OSHA, and internal quality systems

• Drive strategic projects focused on efficiency, quality, and innovation

About You

• Be able to do the job as described

• Hold a Bachelor’s in Chemical or Material Science (or a closely related field)

• Bring deep expertise in personal care compounding processes and industry workflows

• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingualism a strong advantage

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, production-floor environment
