Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIIES
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions for CCAP.
Confidentiality of Information:
Has unrestricted access to CCAP Employee records. Will maintain the confidentiality of all materials in accordance with State and Federal laws and CCAP policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Annual TB test
Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance

SKILLS
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Advertises and post job descriptions that are approved by the VP of Human Resources.
Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
Maintains accurate and applicable job requisitions and post jobs for the agency within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects candidates with hiring managers.
Schedules interview between candidate and hiring manager; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and the VP of Human Resources during the offer stage.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Assists in checking candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful. Collects and files associated interviewing documentation.
Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants, when necessary.
Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
Track recruiting activities, providing candidate status, and updating weekly recruiting reports.
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
Track all employee required information based upon position requirements (PPD, CANTS, BCI, MMR, etc).
Maintains badge system.
Performs onboarding task such as E-verify.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

The environment is a business office environment. Potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, respiratory diseases and other infectious diseases, and other biohazardous material requiring universal standard precautions. Transportation is necessary at times. Must follow all CCAP Environment of Care and Infection Control Policies. WORK SCHEDULE DEMANDS:
Full-time position. Weekend and evenings as needed. Due to the nature and responsibility of the job, this individual must be flexible with their schedule to accommodate the demands of the job and may be required to go beyond a regularly scheduled workweek.
