    A Registered Behavior Technician, or RBT, is responsible for assisting behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions over a certain timeframe. Their duties include adhering to behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals to provide patients with beneficial care, interviewing patients at their home or healthcare facility and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior mental health professionals.

    We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians who excel in carrying out the training plan for clients with a wide variety of needs. The successful candidate will work directly with the behavioral analysis team to implement behavior improvement plans for clients with disabilities. In addition, we're looking for individuals who have experience assessing, monitoring and modifying behaviors in individual and small-group settings.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Conduct behavior and program evaluations.

    Provide staff supervision and support.

    Attend staff and program meetings.

    Provide direct care to patients.

    Attend educational workshops.

    Maintain medical equipment and supplies.

    Maintain office equipment and supplies.

    Qualifications

    · Previous work experience as an RBT

    · Ability to build rapport with clients.

    · Ability to empathize with patients and their family members.

    · Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

    · Ability to remain professional in a high stress situations.
