Role Summary:

We are seeking empathetic caregivers to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. As a member of Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting the independence and well-being of individuals within the comfort of their homes.

Requirements and Skills:

Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent

Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills

Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if necessary for client transportation)

Responsibilities:

Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging conversations and activities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Prepare meals and assist with feeding in accordance with dietary needs and preferences

Provide personalized care tailored to each client's individual care plan

Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks

Support physical well-being through mobility assistance, transfers, and range of motion exercises

Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as required

Document care provided and promptly report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client
