Role Summary:

We're seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively impact our clients' lives. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in promoting independence and well-being within the comfort of clients' homes.

Requirements and Skills:

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Compassionate with excellent communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical capability to provide personal care and assistance

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Aid clients in daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Prepare healthy meals while considering dietary preferences and restrictions

Provide companionship and emotional support through meaningful engagement

Deliver individualized care in accordance with clients' personalized care plans

Ensure a tidy and safe living space through light household chores

Promote physical wellness by assisting with mobility and facilitating exercises

Accompany clients to appointments and outings whenever necessary

Record care activities and communicate any alterations in clients' conditions to the supervisor

Work alongside the care team to ensure comprehensive client care
