Role Summary:

We are actively looking for caring Personal Care Assistants to become part of our team in Nevada and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Joining Comprehensive Home Health Solutions means playing a vital role in fostering independence and enhancing the overall wellness of individuals in the familiar setting of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care according to clients' unique care plans

Support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist in improving physical health through mobility support, transfers, and exercises

Prepare healthy meals and help with feeding, taking into account dietary preferences and requirements

Maintain a tidy and safe living environment by performing light household chores

Offer companionship and emotional comfort through meaningful engagements and activities

Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as necessary

Record care activities and promptly communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor

Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for each client

Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if required for client transportation)
