Role Summary:

We are seeking empathetic Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and contribute positively to the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting the independence and overall well-being of individuals within the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized care tailored to each client's unique care plan

Aid clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist in mobility, transfers, and exercises to enhance physical health

Prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences, and help with feeding

Maintain a tidy and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks

Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful interactions and activities

Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as required

Document care provided and communicate any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client

Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience as a professional caregiver

Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team

Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (if needed for client transportation)
