Role Summary:

We're seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Nevada and positively impact the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being within the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized care in accordance with clients' individual care plans.

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well-being.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients through light housekeeping duties.

Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.

Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as required.

Document care provided and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation).
