Role Summary:

We are currently seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the independence and overall well-being of individuals within the familiar comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized care tailored to the individual care plans of our clients

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Aid in mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to enhance physical well-being

Prepare nutritious meals and provide assistance with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties

Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging in meaningful conversations and activities

Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as required

Document care provided and promptly report any changes in a client's condition to the supervisor

Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure each client receives coordinated and holistic care

Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility

Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care

Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if necessary for client transportation)
