Clinical Director

Provides clinical oversight to all program directors in agency to include hiring and training competent staff in coordination with the Chief Clinical Officer according to the program standards in each department. Meets with assigned Directors regularly to provide supervision

Ensures all clinical program accountabilities are met by ensuring accurate reports are being run and appropriate corrections are being made in a timely manner.

Ensures that all program Quality Management procedures are followed and that the programs are meeting defined standards. Reviews quality management reports with Directors on a regular basis and assists with improvement action plans when needed.

Responsible for development and review of agency clinical policies and procedures needed to effectively manage the clinical operations within the agency programs. Ensures programs are informed and following agency policies and procedures.

Represents agency at external meetings as related to clinical programming and as assigned.

Assists in the development of new agency clinical programming through additional funding sources, assisting in the grant writing process and development.

Will provide interim coverage for the Director of Adult Community Support program: oversight of 4 Team Leaders and their community support specialists and the psychosocial rehabilitation program.

Master’s Degree in counseling or social work required, Provisional License preferred. Minimum of 7 years of Program Director experience.
