    JOB SUMMARY

    In accordance with agency Mission, Vision, Values and Goals, this position works within the Quality Management, to aid in monitoring and compiling quality management data, tracking of grant objectives, and providing employee education and training.

    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

    Organizes, develops and leads New Employee Orientation reflecting agency standards and expectations while promoting integrity and respect of all employees. Ensures information included in New Employee Orientation meets all certification standards and are up to date according to agency policies and procedures.

    Provides training to all employees regarding Cultural Competency. Works collaboratively with the Clinical Training Coordinator and the Cultural Competency-Trauma Informed Committee to educate employees on appropriate topics which follow the National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services in Health Care.

    Works closely with the Clinical Training Coordinator to ensure all agency educational needs are met based on expectations and requirements as specified by our agency’s accrediting bodies. Provides information and coordinates with agency supervisors in regards to identifying appropriate trainings needed for employees and assigns trainings to staff as requested by the supervisor.

    Oversight of Relias - online education program: Enroll all new employees and maintain appropriate profiles for current employees. Ensures that employees are assigned to the appropriate modules, according to department/position requirements and agency accreditation standards.

    Works in collaboration with the Director of Quality and Compliance and is a member of the Quality Management Committee to monitor and track quality outcomes and data needed for agency grants and other accrediting needs. Provides feedback based on data received on ways to improve upon and or implement new tools for testing fidelity and ways to improve on current agency practices.

    Develops and distributes the agency training calendar on a monthly basis or as requested. Maintains a filing system of all agency trainings to include a syllabus, power points and/or other handouts, and any other materials necessary to provide adequate training.

    Is a part of Community Outreach and Awareness Committee (COAC) to assist in coordination and planning of agency events/fundraisers.

    Completes and distributes meeting minutes for the Quality Management and Outpatient Department meetings, assigned committees and any other Department meetings.

    Follows all agency policies and procedures including emergency and corporate compliance policies/procedures 100% of the time.

    SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

    Assist with Outpatient therapist scheduling and discharge letters.

    Special projects for CEO, CCO, Quality Management, Outpatient, or others as assigned.

    All other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree.

    Experience:

    experience in quality management and training preferred.

    License, Certification or Registrations:

    N/A

    Special Skills:

    This position requires the following software programs: All Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Publisher and others. Skills in – Typing, use of fax machine, copier machine, excellent people skills, organizational skills, writing, spelling and grammar skills. Position requires flexibility, patience, organization and cooperativeness.
