    We are looking for a Launcher who will be responsible for “launching” our new partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, managing numerous complex concurrent projects, and working with the leadership team to execute these projects. The Launcher will also assist in onboarding and training clinicians in post-acute healthcare and Physiatry concepts, as well as help us maintain relationships with our facility partners/SNFs. 

    While we've historically kept our team small, we simply can't ignore the opportunity ahead of us now. This is one of the most important roles we'll ever hire. You will be responsible for executing ambitious goals with significant autonomy and support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Travel to train CRC clinicians and launch buildings
    • In-person and virtual training and management of NPs & PAs
    • Review clinician notes to provide real-time guidance and feedback
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to employees
    • Audit clinicians' billing, coding, and visit numbers
    • Support HR with PTO requests and coverage
    • Ongoing management of SNF partnerships; frequent check-ins via phone, zoom, or in-person
    • Independently manage special projects related to clinical care and operations 
    • Display leadership and add to a positive culture

    THE IDEAL CRC LAUNCHER WILL HAVE: 

    • Experience managing and driving simultaneous projects forward independently
    • The energy and drive to mentor and promote the professional development of others
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand the needs of our facility partners and CRC clinicians
    • A passion for problem-solving and conflict resolution who can approach situations with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
    • The ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
    • A desire for continuous improvement and the ability to embrace change and growth

    REQUIRED

    • Near major airport
    • SNF experience
    • Travel 3 weeks out of the month / 75% travel
    • Licensed NP or PA

    IDEALLY

    • Chicago land-based.
    • PMR
    • Management experience

    The leadership team is located in Chicago, IL but this position can be based anywhere in the country.
