OPPORTUNITY:

Part Time Clinical Fellowship Supervisor needed to provide mentoring and feedback to the Clinical Fellow

·Performing ongoing formal evaluations;

·Conducting the required minimum mentoring obligations which include direct and indirect supervision; (6 hours of direct supervision per segment (each segment is one-third of the length of the fellowship) and 6 indirect monitoring activities per segment)

· Reviewing diagnostic reports, treatment record and plans of treatment;

·Monitoring Clinical Fellow participation in case conference and meetings;

·Evaluating the Clinical Fellows work by consulting with colleagues and their families;

·Maintaining current certification with ASHA during the entire Clinical Fellowship period

·Completing and Submitting the Clinical Fellowship Report and Rating Form to the ASHA National Office no later than 4 weeks after the CF is completed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (CCC)

Master's Degree
