JOB TITLE: DATA ENTRY CLERK

LOCATION: TRACY, CALIFORNIA : 95376

DURATION: 03+ MONTHS CONTRACT/CAN BE EXTENDED

MONDAY-FRIDAY : 6AM - 3PM

PAY RATE : $16.75/HR

SKILLS MUST HAVE:

ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT: REPORT COMPILING

CLERICAL: DATA COMPARISON, DATA ENTRY, DATA SORTING, FILE SORTING, SCHEDULING, TELEPHONE SKILLS, WORK TRACKING

OPERATING SYSTEMS : MICROSOFT WINDOWS

PRODUCTIVITY SOFTWARE : MICROSOFT EXCEL, MICROSOFT OFFICE, MICROSOFT POWERPOINT, MICROSOFT WORD

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

DELIVERY PROCESSOR

·         Primary responsibility is to scrutinize available customer orders "scrub" and download/release those orders to the warehouse 24-48 hours prior to the requestd ship date.

·         PULL DOCK SCHEDULE FROM WMS WEB REPORTS FOR TODAY AND THE NEXT TWO BUSINESS DAYS.

·         Systematically pull all orders for the next 5 days and create delivery documents for all non-optimized orders.

·         Pull report from the ATP Short Monitor to show projected cuts and communicate the results.

·         Scrub and Release orders that are not on the dock schedule but have a ship date of today or the next two business days.

·         Use the report pulled from the Short Monitor to look at days further out to work replenishment possibilities.

·         Manage International order for Code Date restrictions.

·         Manage Material determination updates and Slash code transitions.

·         Collaborate with Customization to align production schedule with Customer demand.

·         WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION EXPERIENCE IN ORDER PROCESSING IS PREFERRED

·         ADVANCED EDUCATION (ASSOCIATES OR BACHELOR DEGREE) IS PREFERRED

·         STRONG MS OFFICE SKILLS REQUIRED (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK, POWER POINT AND ACCESS), PRIOR SAP EXPERIENCE A PLUS

·         Strong communication skills including good verbal, written and listening skills

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Ability to work autonomously/self starter

·         Team player

·         Ability to consistently achieve desired results, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, act decisively and set personal high standards

·         Willingness to work non-Monday-Friday work week as needed
