Job Description

Job Description: • Require an experienced database tester who can perform data testing using SQL Server Management Studio. • Must have hands on experience in designing complex SQL scripts for data validation and to perform backend testing. • Must have at least 5 years of experience in database testing and Software Quality Assurance. • Independently develops test strategies, designs, maintains and executes test cases both manual and automated. • Develops, publishes, and implements test plans. • Plans and implements the setup of test environments to perform functional testing of integrated software. • Provide independent verification of software products that have been developed according to pre-approved software design requirements and specifications. • Discovers, documents and tracks software defects in Test Management Tool like Azure DevOps/Test Manager. • Facilitates the core project team to ensure all facets of software product testing is accomplished within project timelines. • Knowledge of software quality engineering and testing methods at all levels (unit, integration, system, V&V, acceptance) applied within the software development lifecycle. • Experience using Visual Studio/TFS, Test Manager, Azure DevOps. • Ability to apply and use software quality tools for test case management, test automation, and defect tracking management. • Hands-on experience in UI, functional testing, Work Flow, and use case testing.
