Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced system administrator to join our team of IT professionals. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructures of our clients, including servers, networks, cloud services, and workstations. You will also provide technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and optimal performance. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Lead technical projects for small business clients, including infrastructure upgrades, Azure migrations, new client on-boarding, and Software Implementations.
Act as point of escalation for Help Desk Team.
Work directly with ownership on technology strategy.
Assess security risks and implement best practices.
Maintain technology procedures and documentation
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a system/network administrator or a similar role in a managed service provider environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
Proficient in network administration, firewall configuration, VPN setup, backup and disaster recovery, and security best practices.
Understanding of data privacy and security.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Availability to work on-site or remotely, and to provide on-call support as needed.
Experience with working with PSA and RMM Tools.
