Job Description

• Manage account request system

• Assist customers with account issues

• Ensure adherence to Agency security requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve security issues using Microsoft Active Directory and other tools

• Maintain Agency Security Operations

• Assist in other Agency Security Operations as needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory account and group management practices *Required 2 years
• Knowledge of COV Security requirements, NIST 800 requirements or comparable security governance model *Required 2 years
• Ability to assume security operations responsibilities as needed *Required 2 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer focused attitude *Required 2 years
• Attention to detail, well organized and ability to work in a team *Required 2 years
• Experience with IT account management, service management and security tools *2 years
