Job Description

The persons chosen for this contract position will augment our excellent Technical Support Team. They will travel to courthouses throughout Wisconsin in support of computer hardware implementations, equipment upgrades, and field service. They will also take rotating shifts working in the CCAP call center, where they will provide professional in-person technical support to our users. This position involves roughly 50% in-state travel and 50% in-house work. The selected candidates must have excellent verbal communications skills, will have a valid Wisconsin driver license, and must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

QUALIFICATION- MUST HAVE ADMINISTRATION - CUSTOMER SERVICE Phone based technical support - 2 years GENERAL COMPETENCIES Demonstrated technical competence in a customer support environment - 4 (4 - Very Strong) of 5 (5 -Expert) and 2 years Excellent oral and written communication skills - 3 (3 - Moderately Strong) of5 (5 - Expert) and 2 years INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - DESKTOP SUPPORT Experience troubleshooting technology support issues - 4 (4 - Very Strong) of 5 (5 -Expert) and 2 years Remote desktop support tools (RDP, SCCM, etc.) - 1 years INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - OPERATING SYSTEMS MS Windows 10 - 1 years
