Fun Loving Family Your day-to-day as a Support Technician: Working on assigned tickets in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Demonstrating empathy and patience while working with clients and teammates Working with multiple tickets or teammates simultaneously Mentoring and helping your fellow teammates find solutions to perplexing problems Explaining advanced technical terms in a way clients can understand Solving a wide variety of IT issues with a clear and level head Traveling to visit clients on-site and providing extraordinary in-person service. Education and track record: Minimum 2 years experience supporting Windows workstations, onsite and remote, in a professional services (B2B) environment Managed service requests using a ticketing system Excelled in customer service driven roles Consistently working hard for the team with ambition for continuous improvement and career growth Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity Experience with routers and firewalls Understanding of the relationship between switches, patch panels, and connecting nodes to a network Understanding of DNS services Working Knowledge of Wireless Technologies Working Knowledge of Active Directory How you'll excel: Exceptional customer service skills and a natural desire to help others Use creative thinking to find ways to improve efficiency and processes for clients and your team Making great decisions quickly. Think on your feet!
