We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our MSP/TSP team

Client base: Medical, Financial, and Professional services

Overview:

• Implementation network, server, and desktop systems
• Monitor system operations to detect potential problems
• Direct interaction with the customer to provide technical assistance.

Technical Skills:

• 3 + Years’ experience with IT Support
• Windows Server
• Windows Desktop 10 and 11
• Microsoft AD, Group Policy, Server Roles and administration
• HyperVisor Experience (Hyper-V and VMware)
• Office 365 and Azure knowledge

Network Experience (Desired):

• Cisco, HP, Aruba switch knowledge
• Cisco, SonicWALL firewall knowledge
• Server Roles configuration and management (DNS, DHCP)
• Management Tools: ConnectWise, Automate

Personal Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Professional communication skills
• Driven and Task oriented
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize and triage situations
• Willing and able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
