  Las tareas generales incluyen:

• Atención telefónica.

• Atención y asistencia a clientes . Ingreso y control de pedidos al sistema.  Facturación Reclamos

• Y otras tareas administrativas en general

• Se requiere:

• Dominio de Inglés y Español

• Conocimientos basicos de computacion, manejo de internet, e-mails, paquete office.

• Puntualidad, prolijidad, orden , proactividad y predispocion para aprender son requisitos fundamentales.

• El horario de trabajo es de Lunes a Viernes de 9 am a 6:00 pm

  General tasks include:

• Telephone attention.

• Customer service and assistance. Entry and control of orders to the system. document processes. Claims and guarantees.

• Monitoring of suppliers, quotes and reception in the system.

• Any other administrative tasks in general

• Required:

• English and Spanish

• Basic computer knowledge, internet management, e-mails, office package.

• Punctuality, neatness, order, proactivity and readiness to learn are fundamental requirements.

• Working hours from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6.00 pm
