We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Come join
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls in accordance with metrics set forth by management
- Checking voicemails at the beginning of shift and returning calls before attending to other responsibilities
- Replying to emails within 24 hours
- Handling all warranty-replacement issues and proper documentation
- Processing all returns upon arrival
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Microsoft office proficient preferred
