    Indianapolis-based, Remote work available for some tasks

    We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our staff with administrative functions on their research studies. The Administrative Assistant supports our operations staff by taking meeting minutes, tracking tasks, taking phone calls, assisting with shipments to research sites and many other administrative support functions.  This is a great position if you like to be busy and have variety in your work while also contributing to healthcare and new drug development.  The Administrative Assistant works at the direction of the Manager, Project Operations. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention-to-detail and critical thinking skills. A team-oriented and friendly demeanor is necessary for this fast-paced work environment.

Flex schedules are available, and the position is in office for some tasks and remote for other tasks. Virtual methods are used for meetings and for much of the research; however, some research occurs on-site in our research site. Concentrics has a CRO and one local research site but conducts multi-center and large-scale virtual studies using innovative approaches and technology solutions.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·       High School education; Bachelor's degree preferred

    ·       At least 1 year of prior experience supporting and assisting with administrative business tasks.

    ·       Experience with business applications including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, and collaboration tools (e.g., MS TEAMS).

    ·       Experienced with electronic data systems.

    ·       Highly effective communication skills (both written and orally).

    ·       Skilled client management and teamwork skills in a results-oriented environment.

    ·       Ability to work successfully independently as well as in a team environment.

    ·       Skilled in multi-tasking, prioritizing study needs and demonstrating attention to detail.

    ·       Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and needs, with very quick expectations for turn-around on deliverables.

    ·       Able to lift some shipping boxes (up to 10-15 pounds) when shipments are made to research sites.
