CONCENTRIX IS CURRENTLY HIRING SALES AND SERVICE ADVISORS! NEW INCREASED STARTING WAGE!

We offer a state of the art Call Center conveniently located in the JACKSONVILLE area!

Due to COVID-19 this position requires you to work REMOTE and ONSITE. The position will start training in a work from home environment and if/when the impact of COVID-19 decreases, and companies are allowed to resume to their normal business, the position will move to our onsite facility in JACKSONVILLE, FL.

SUCCESSFUL SALES AND SERVICE ADVISORS ARE INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE:

· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and active listening

· High School Diploma or GED is required

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Good documentation abilities

· Not afraid to make a sale on every call

· Ability to think outside of the box and solve customer issues

· Solid organizational skills

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Detail orientation

· Friendly personality that enjoys assisting customers

· Ability to work in a structured environment

· PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus
