    • First start training now for your License at $14 an hour – classes are starting now! License training includes 11 days of instructor-lead, paid classroom training to prep for exam; all books, material and resources included and we cover testing and licensing fees. A $1,000 value (2 weeks plus paid testing time (we pay for up to 2 exams)

    • Requirements for remote work at home: Must have a PC or laptop with high speed internet connection, cell phone or landline and a quiet place.
    • The Advisor II, Customer Service and Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Must be able to provide a compassionate and people-centric consumer experience that focuses on:
    • Identifying the consumer’s insurance needs
    • Recommending the RIGHT insurance package for each consumer
    • Completing each transaction to ensure the consumer’s appropriate coverage.
    • Be able to deliver exceptional support for as many as 20 consumers each and every day remembering that behind every call is a real person seeking help, guidance, and support.
    • Possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to create meaningful connections.
    • Must be driven by integrity and a desire to deliver an exceptional consumer experience.
    • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
    • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
    • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
    • Offer additional products and/or services
    • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database

    CANDIDATE PROFILE:

    • High school diploma with six plus months of customer service experience preferred
    • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
    • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
    • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
    • Ability to learn including strong problem solving skills
    • Dependable with proficient attention to detail
    • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
    • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
    • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
    • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
    • Able to rotate shifts, as needed
    • Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required
