    Locally owned and operated, Boulder Social is actively seeking Busser to join the team in Boulder. Our company is all about our family like culture. We love taking care of people and that includes our staff. This exciting new restaurant and brewery will be opening in Boulder this summer.     The right candidates must be team players that have a passion for quality product, exceptional service, ability to multi-task, and enjoy completing different projects each day. Bussers are responsible for assisting the team to deliver outstanding guest service, hospitality, and financial profitability.

    PAY STARTING AT $9.54 PER HOUR + TIPS

    As a Busser you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards (flexible schedule accommodations including working holidays and weekends are required):

    • Assist the bartender with restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items
    • Assist the servers with prep work including polishing, rolling silverware, re-setting stations, etc.
    • Provide exceptional customer service while attending to guests
    • Remove necessary plates and glasses from bar or tables during a guest's experience
    • Provide silverware and accoutrements as needed or requested for guests
    • Keep station(s) clean and organized during your shift
    • Reset station(s) and tables as needed with silverware, glasses, plates, accoutrements, etc.
    • Perform station opening and/or closing duties
    • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Must be at least 16 years of age
    • Leadership, self-discipline, initiative, team player, integrity

    • Creative and efficient problem solving
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Create and maintain a positive working relationship with all departments, front and back of house
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Understand the restaurant's operations
    • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
