    Locally owned and operated, Boulder Social is actively seeking Dishwasher to join the team in Boulder. Our company is all about our family like culture. We love taking care of people and that includes our staff. This exciting new restaurant and brewery will be opening in Boulder this summer.     The right candidates must be team players that have a passion for quality product, exceptional service, ability to multi-task, and enjoy completing different projects each day. Dishwashers are responsible for assisting the team to deliver outstanding guest service, hospitality, and financial profitability.

    As a Dishwasher you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards (flexible schedule accommodations including working holidays and weekends are required):

    • Process and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. through the dishwasher machine
    • Organize and store all clean dishes at the proper stations
    • Clean and maintain kitchen floor mats
    • Clean and maintain kitchen floors
    • Assist team members in taking out the kitchen trash and recycling

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Restaurant kitchen experience preferred
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Leadership, self-discipline, initiative, team player, integrity
    • Ability to multi-task while keeping up with new projects each day
    • Focus on guest service and satisfaction
    • Creative and efficient problem solving
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Create and maintain a positive working relationship with all departments, front and back of house
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Understand the restaurant's operations
    • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
