    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Data/ERP Support Technician reports directly to the Director of Business Operations. This position will provide IT/ERP system support at our Oregon facility. This position will be responsible for the accurate input and recording of the data in our ERP system. The successful candidate must be able to accurately record data and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

    • Support multiple departments by collecting, entering, and managing data in the ERP system and Google sheets
    • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
    • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
    • Maintain data entry requirements by following ERP program techniques and procedures
    • Comply with data integrity and security policies
    • Ensure proper use of technology equipment and address any malfunctions
    • Work closely with operations and management to maintain inventory process controls
    • Ensure that all data reported to METRC is timely, accurate, and compliant 
    • Develop systems, procedures, and methods to ensure timely and accurate reporting to METRC 
    • Reconcile discrepancies between internal data and METRC
    • Manage and maintains compliance with OLCC regulations
    • Perform bi-weekly audits to ensure inventory is 100% accurate and satisfies physical representation per OLCC regulations
    • Perform root cause investigation to evaluate any issues discovered during audits
    • Develop methodologies to make processes and procedures more efficient and reliable
    • Highly detail oriented
    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management
    • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
    • Perform other duties as necessary
    • Some general lab support duties may be required

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience: 

    • Associates degree or equivalent experience with data entry or similar field

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Follows all company policies and procedures
    • Proficient with data entry and computer applications
    • Ability to interpret and understand regulations
    • Must be comfortable with technology: IT skills a plus
    • Attention to detail

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, crawl, sit, move about, hear and speak. May be required to work in restricted spaces and/or under difficult lighting and access conditions. May be exposed to outside weather conditions when transporting materials. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and be able to use appropriate support equipment to lift and move greater amounts. Must wear PPE including but not limited to lab coat, gloves, eye protection, and face mask.
