    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the executive team members. In this role you will enhance productivity and efficiency. You will be mainly supporting the CEO with some support to the COO and VP of Finance. This position reports to the CEO. 

    DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE…

    • Coordinate meeting responsibilities (could include: logistics, action items, note taking, assist in preparing content, etc.)
    • Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)
    • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements
    • Manage logistics for special events such as team all-hands or off-sites
    • Prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions in a timely manner
    • Interact flawlessly with confidence across the senior leadership team handling confidential and critical details.  This could also include internal and external customers.
    • Review records, receipts, invoices, travel expenses, reimbursements, requests for reimbursement or other payments, credit card billing statements and other documents.
    • Protects company's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Prepare correspondence as needed within the department
    • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks to support executive staff.
    • Manage and participate in special projects, as agreed with manager(s)
    • Providing personal support as needed

    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
    • Proficiency in Google Productivity Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets)
    • Experience working with Expensify preferred
    • Experience supporting multiple leaders of large teams
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and cloud-based applications (SharePoint)
    • Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
    • Ability to professionally interact with senior leaders and anticipate their needs.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment
    • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on additional project work
    • Strong written and oral communication

    Education: Preferred degree or certification in related field.
