Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Be a leader and work independently to facilitate meetings, diagnose and solve problems within a client account

-Identify projects for improvement and maintain an ongoing and prioritized backlog of projects -Make moderate to complex Business Process and Organizational improvement recommendations for best practices -Work directly with client business stakeholders and IT team to complete projects

REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business-related studies -5-10 years experience working as a business analyst in manufacturing, must have hands on experience with bills of material, routings and work order processing. Additional experience in distribution and supply chain industries is a plus.

• Understands how to map and analyze business processes and has had demonstrated success driving positive business process changes within organizations.

• Significant project-related experience implementing and supporting an ERP system in a manufacturing environment. Experience with multiple ERP systems is preferred and willingness to learn/work in new ERP systems is required. Experience with MES systems and ERP/MES integration is a plus but not required.

-Has worked on projects to deliver solutions across multiple functional/business processes areas like: Engineering, Procurement, Supply/Demand Planning, Scheduling, Shop Floor Management, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory/Warehouse Management, Finance, Sales, Pricing.

-Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization

THREE ADDITIONAL MUST HAVES THAT AREN’T ON THE JOB DESCRIPTION: -This person will likely be in an account lead role and will be working with the client directly more than working with other client employees.

-Must be senior person with great people skills and personality conducive to relationship building.

-Need someone that can have direct conversations with functional leaders on both business and IT sides of the client, so someone not timid
