The PIT is looking for a friendly, dependable Concessions Attendant to run our concessions stand during league nights, games, camps, and events. You'll be the go-to for snacks, drinks, and quick service — keeping the line moving, the food fresh, and guests happy. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where a good attitude and a clean, organized workspace make all the difference.
What You'll Do
Greet members and guests with a friendly attitude and provide fast, accurate service
Prepare and serve concession items (snacks, drinks, prepared foods) following food safety standards
Operate the Square POS, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and close out your drawer
Keep the concessions area clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
Restock inventory, monitor par levels, and flag low or out-of-stock items to management
Follow all food handling, sanitation, and facility health and safety policies
Manage the line efficiently during busy rushes without sacrificing accuracy or friendliness
Closing is a full team effort — no one leaves until the entire facility is closed down. Report to the Lead on Shift, complete your assigned area, and then help close every remaining area until all closing duties are finished and the Lead releases the team for the night
What We're Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and able to stay upbeat and efficient during busy rushes
A true team player — you stay and help until every closing task is done, not just your own; the team leaves together
Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and accuracy
Cash-handling experience and basic math skills
Comfortable on your feet and moving for an entire shift
Able to lift and carry [up to 25–50 lbs] (stock, supplies, bulk items)
Prior concessions, food service, or customer service experience a plus
Food Handler Certification required (or obtained within [30] days of hire)
Schedule
Evenings, weekends, league nights, camps, and events required. Hours fluctuate with the facility's event and league calendar.
