Fuzzies Burgers is seeking a Cashier to join our team in Oriole Park at Camden Yards and assist our operation through its next level of anticipated growth and beyond!

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have a top-notch experience. We’re looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive attitude to every shift.

Cashiers will report to the Front of House Supervisor and Crew Chief.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

$15.00-$35.00+ per hour (depending on daily tip share)

We incentivize our team through a tip sharing system as a bonus to their base rate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

Monitor and control the pace and flow of the customer lines for ordering and pick-up

Assist guests with self-service kiosks and answer any menu-related questions

Assist kitchen in expediting food

Ensure compliance with all stadium policies, including but not limited to - checking IDs for alcoholic beverage purchases, maintaining kitchen sanitation and cleanliness

Assist in organizing and stocking beverage and snack products

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 21 years old

Able to read, speak, comprehend and understand English

Able to talk and hear directions in a loud kitchen environment and follow instructions

2-years of related high-volume customer service in the food industry

ServSafe Alcohol Certified or willingness to obtain certification

Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and any holidays that fall within the Baltimore Orioles MLB schedule

Reliable transportation is a MUST

A passion for customer service and dedication to food and beverage is ideal

Positive attitude is a MUST - professional composure, being a team player, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior even in difficult situations

Responsible work ethic - this role requires being punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and thorough in completing all work obligations

Ability to stand for extended periods, and lift 30+ pounds

Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization and a strong sense of personal hygiene
