We are seeking an experienced part time Concierge/Receptionist to join our team at Lakeview Senior Living in Lakewood Colorado. You will work at a fantastic property where you’ll interact with some of the nicest and most caring residents you’ll ever meet. The key to our exceptional service is our employees who help us grow and prosper. We build our team with talented, motivated people who love what they do and love creating an outstanding living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors to the property and assist them with their visit.
• Coordinate vendors visiting the site (mail, deliveries, etc.).
• Answer the telephone and resolve matters accordingly.
• Complete administrative and office tasks as assigned.
• Monitor and respond to pendant alert calls, this is not a position in the medical field, but you need to be comfortable calling emergency personnel, including 911, when appropriate

Successful candidates will:

• Possess a high level of energy, an outgoing personality, and enjoy working with people (especially seniors).
• Be prepared to dress in a manner appropriate for a luxury property.
• Be well-versed in Microsoft Office products and be willing to learn additional programs/software.

Schedule:

• Monday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
