    Job Description

    CONCIERGE CONTACT CENTER IS LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT WANT TO JOIN A COMPANY THAT IS GROWING AND EXPANDING MONTHLY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SCHEDULING COORDINATORS THAT WILL BE A POSITIVE ADDITION TO OUR TEAM.

    OUR SCHEDULING COORDINATORS ARE HIGH ENERGY, CAN HANDLE GROWTH AND CHANGE WITH EASE AND LOVE A CHALLENGE.

    • We hope that you choose to make a career with us, but our previous employees have found careers running the front office of doctors, dentist and lawyers’ offices. Our trainers teach you how to maneuver and master many different scheduling software’s.

    • HOURS AVAILABLE:

    • FRIDAY - MONDAY: (10 HOUR SHIFTS) 8 AM - 6 PM OR 9 AM - 7 PM

    • OVERNIGHTS: 11 PM - 7 AM

    • MONDAY - FRIDAY: SHIFTS AS LATE AS 9 PM

    • DAILY TASKS:

    • Handle phone calls for businesses from coast to coast

    • Schedule appointments and prepare clients for appointments

    • Deliver customer service to caller that meets our client’s standards

    • Interacting with Computers

    • Performing Administrative Activities

    • Working Directly with the Public

    • Getting Information

    • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates REQUIREMENTS:

    · Excellent computer skills. Coordinators must be able to type proficiently and quickly. Must be able to master many computer programs and move between them with speed and accuracy.

    • Communication skills. Coordinator’s must speak and write clearly so that others may understand them.
    • Customer-service skills. Coordinator’s represent an organization. As a result, you should be courteous, professional, and helpful toward the public and customers.
    • Integrity. Coordinator’s may handle client and patient data, especially in medical and legal offices. You must be trustworthy and protect their clients’ privacy.
    • Interpersonal skills- Coordinator’s should be comfortable interacting with people, even in stressful situations.
    • Organizational skills. Coordinator’s take messages, schedule appointments, and maintain files. You need good organizational skills to manage their diverse responsibilities.
    • Good attendance record. We provide an amazing service for our clients and coordinators must be present and on time for their hours in order to provide that service.

    EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to pass felony background check
    • Must have prior experience working with computers
    • You will be given a typing test and you must be proficient in typing
    • Must have previous job experience that can be verified

    COVID Updates:

    We're currently training onsite, and sending all employees to work from home once training has been established. The safety and health of our employees is one of our priorities. Working remotely is a step we took as a company, and hope to get every specialist to that step after their initial training.
