Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, reliable Concierge to join our team. As a Residential Condominium Concierge, you will be the first person to greet residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, etc. Provide a safe and superior living environment for residents focused on positive and effective client-relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, quick-thinker. You must be able to handle multiple incoming requests and protect the building and residents by monitoring who comes in and out of the premises.
Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with residents, co-workers, Coop Board and the Property Management Team.
Greet all residents and visitors as they enter and exit the building; it’s expected that all residents will bepersonally greeted with their name.
Open doors proactively and assist residents and guests/visitors carrying packages or pushing carriages, etc.
Mange concierge email inbox and respond/forward to the appropriate stakeholders
Manage BuildingLink data entry including (but not limited to) – ○ Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments, mail, and packages. ○ Log ALL outside vendors and contractors sign-in AND sign-out of the building at the front desk. ○ Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments, mail, and packages. ● Provide administrative support for the building
Qualifications
Proven experience as concierge or experience in customer service is preferred
Confident, polite, and patient
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong time-management skills
Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
