Candidates must be able to work a schedule of 7 am-4 pm PST, M-F. Responsibilities: Disposition/manage the Branch Manager’s email inbox: • Filing emails in appropriate folders, and responding to emails as appropriate. • Dispositioning incoming client leads according to defined SLAs for response time. Disposition/manage the Branch Manager’s incoming text messages. Manage the Branch Manager’s calendar: • Schedule personal and professional appointments, calls, lunches, and meetings. • Work closely with the Client Manager for scheduling client meetings. • Coordination of travel arrangements for the team. • Occasional attendance at in-person meetings in CA with the Branch Manager. • Take minutes/notes during internal and external meetings. • Set up and update daily Alexa reminders for the Branch Manager; adjust reminders as needed according to schedule changes. • Serve as overflow support for the Client Manager when assistance with dispositioning incoming phone/email leads is needed. • Assist with overflow administrative and marketing tasks as needed. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a high-level executive. • High school diploma or GED required. • Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. • Previous travel coordination and email management experience. • Incredible attention to detail and strong communication skills. • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information. • Reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a high-level executive. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite. • Intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Acrobat. • Prior experience in the mortgage industry. • Current or prior licensure as a Loan Originator. Compensation: $68,000 - $75,000 DOE
