Mobile IV Medics – Experienced RN (Concierge IV Therapy | Flexible Field Role)

Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led concierge IV therapy company expanding across the Bay Area.

We are seeking experienced acute care RNs who are confident in independent IV starts and want a flexible, autonomous role outside of the hospital setting.

This is a field-based concierge nursing position providing IV therapy in homes, hotels, offices, and events.

💉 What You’ll Do

Travel to client locations across the Bay Area

Perform IV hydration and vitamin therapy

Start and manage IVs independently in the field

Deliver a professional concierge-level patient experience

Work autonomously while following established protocols

👩‍⚕️ Ideal Candidate

This role is best suited for RNs who are currently and consistently performing IV starts in their clinical work.

Preferred backgrounds:

ER

ICU / Critical Care

PACU

Infusion Therapy

PICC / Vascular Access

Flight Nursing

Mobile IV / Concierge Nursing

You should be comfortable working independently in non-hospital environments without on-site clinical support.

📋 Requirements

Active California RN license

Minimum 2 years acute care experience

Strong, current IV insertion competency

Current BLS certification

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently in the field

🕒 Schedule

Minimum 2 days per week availability required

You set your schedule weekly

Service hours: 8 AM – 8 PM (7 days/week)

Additional shifts available based on demand

💼 Contractor Role (1099)

This is an independent contractor position designed for experienced nurses who value autonomy and flexibility.

Full onboarding details, including startup requirements and operational expectations, are reviewed during the interview process.

💰 Compensation

Commission-based per completed visit (discussed in interview)

Typical visit range: $199–$999 depending on service type

Biweekly pay schedule

100% of tips go directly to the nurse
