What you WILL DO:

As a Concierge , you will be the welcoming face of the organization, greeting patients, directing them appropriately, and responding to inquiries with professionalism. You will handle registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and patient flow while maintaining accurate records and reports. You will assist with more complex needs such as resolving patient concerns, supporting staff with questions or technical issues, and helping train new team members. You will also manage documentation, conduct eligibility screenings, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Who YOU ARE:

• Someone with some customer service, office, or patient‑facing experience.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills, data entry, Microsoft Office, and effective communication; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays, travel locally between clinics, and meet required organizational immunization standards.
