    A prestigious suburban residential condominium community is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Concierge Manager to lead and oversee concierge operations for our residents. The Concierge Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional resident experience through the delivery of high-quality concierge and front desk services. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a polished, professional demeanor suited to a luxury residential environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise concierge staff to maintain the highest standard of resident services. • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally. • Coordinate reservations, deliveries, transportation, and other personalized resident services. • Develop and implement service protocols to enhance community living. • Collaborate with building management and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Maintain accurate records, reports, and scheduling for concierge operations. Qualifications: • Previous management experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or similar service-focused environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on discretion and resident satisfaction. • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends if required. Compensation: $23 - $35 hourly
