Avalon Park is seeking a polished, professional, and proactive PRN Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents, you will set the tone for the entire experience. This is an "as-needed" position, perfect for someone seeking a flexible schedule while delivering five-star service in our senior independent living environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- The Face of the Brand: Greet all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and manage the check-in/out process.
- Service Coordination: Assist with requests including transportation arrangements, maintenance coordination, package deliveries, and other recommendations.
- Security & Safety: Monitor building access, manage visitor logs, and respond calmly to emergency situations or maintenance requests.
- Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phones, manage emails, and ensure messages are delivered promptly to the correct departments.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, high-end retail, or front-desk customer service.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts as coverage is needed.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain poised under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn property management software.
- Professionalism: High standard of personal grooming and a "no task is too small" attitude.
