About Us:

The Weston Field Club is a private, family-oriented club located in Weston, Connecticut, offering tennis, swimming, dining, and social events in a welcoming and scenic environment. The Concierge is often the first point of contact for members and guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, seamless experience at the Club.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a personable and professional Concierge to assist with daily member services and front desk operations. This is a part-time, seasonal role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a refined but friendly setting. Minimal weekday availability is needed, with a primary focus on weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor

Support event RSVPs, court bookings, and event reservations

Provide information about Club amenities, schedules, and policies

Maintain the front “desk” area and ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred

Friendly, helpful, and polished communication style

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Flexible with schedule; weekend availability required
