Catering Assistant (Summer Position – Potential for Full-Time Employment)

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and professional Catering Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced corporate environment supporting executive meetings and high-level events.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school or college graduate seeking summer employment with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview: The Catering Assistant plays an important role in supporting corporate meetings and executive events. This position requires professionalism, punctuality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-level business environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Retrieve, organize, and set up catering for meetings and events

Prepare conference rooms for executive meetings and corporate functions

Perform room checks to ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready

Clean up catering and conference areas following meetings and events

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Provide support during high-level meetings and special events as needed

Availability for occasional evening or weekend work during executive or large-scale events

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Professional attitude and appearance required

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift, carry, and move catering items as needed

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
