POSITION SUMMARY:

To assist all Concordia service lines with various goal-oriented marketing communication projects, and help develop, refine and distribute Concordia’s “core” messages to ensure organizational consistency. This specialist position is focused primarily on digital, social media and graphic design.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely, on-brand content for organization’s social media program
• Create video and other digital assets/content, i.e. – infographics, slide shows, white papers, etc
• Regularly audit and update the Concordia website
• Write and/or edit blog posts, some marketing literature and advertisements
• Assist with online reputation management
• Assist with e-mail marketing programs, lists, imports, and permissions
• Graphic design for print fliers, programs, ads, etc
• Assist with creation of quarterly external publication and biweekly internal newsletter
• Help coordinate/execute special events
• Photography for special events and featured staff, residents and/or patients
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, public relations, advertising, integrated marketing communication or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Familiar with Mac and PC platforms; general computer knowledge a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro and After Effects); WordPress experience helpful
• Proficient in current AP Style and writing for SEO
