What is so important about eNPS? One time per year, Concraft asks its employees "Would you recommend Concraft to a friend or family member for employment?" This is how the eNPS score is generated. Employee net promoter score (eNPS) can range from -100 to 100. eNPS scores between 10 and 30 are considered ‘good,’ while those between 50 and 70 are considered excellent. Responsibilities: • Respond to property damage emergency calls when required • Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials • Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues • Oversee the work of all subcontractors and skilled laborers and guide them as necessary to ensure high-quality work • Calculate the budget for all project tasks and accurately manage the budget • Communicate the status of the project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports • Issue purchase orders for subcontractor work • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule Qualifications: • Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position • 3-5 years experience as a construction project manager, preferably in the restoration/construction industry • Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Knowledge of Xactimate and project management software • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly + commission
